HERO ARMY
PFC. JOSEPH DWYER
ONE THAT SHOWS GREAT COURAGE
OUR MISSION:
Pfc. Joseph Dwyer enlisted into the Army two days after
September 11, 2001. A native of Long Island, New York, he felt
it his PATRIOTIC DUTY to defend his country.  Pfc. Dwyer
served his country with HONOR, survived many battles in
Iraq, to return home with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
This would eventually take his life on 28 June 2008. Joseph
leaves behind his wife Matina and two year old daughter
Meagan.

Our first mission is to set up a fund for his daughter and to
assist his wife with any financial difficulties as well as to bring
awareness to the public of this disease which is affecting many
of our returning soldiers. Once this is accomplished our
secondary mission will be to help other soldiers and their
families who may be affected by PTSD in Pfc Dwyer's name.
Pfc. Joseph Dwyer made a sacrifice for our country. Whether
you are for or against the wars that our country is involved in,
we must remember the brave men and women who return and
need our help. Put politics aside and assist the "Brave Men
and Women" who put the word FREE in FREEDOM.

Anyone can put a bumper sticker on their car or place a sign
on their lawns that read "WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS", but
we should realize is, when the homecoming parties are over,
we still have VETERANS that need our support!
This site is dedicated to PFC. Dwyer and all returning soldiers who suffer from PTSD.

Please remember to keep all our troops in your prayers.
                        WE ARE PENDING.
